My guy is 14 weeks old and has been groomed (haircut) by me twice.
I plan to keep him in a puppy cut and can easily do this myself....plus, I can do the ears, nails, etc. I have groomed my other two dogs for years. Still - I took them in occasionally- once or twice a year - just to give myself a break.
If I ever decide to let my Yorkie's hair grow out - we'll be going to a groomer.
Now - the only problem for me (and it would be the same problem for a groomer) is that my little pup is a real wiggleworm. But, we're working on that.
