 First time!
While Piper is about 98% potty trained to ring the bell when she needs to go potty but she doesn't quite understand yet that she needs to hold it if we don't let her out right away.
Because of this she has been crated whenever I leave...even if for 10 minutes.
Well tonight my boyfriend and I needed to run an errand and get a bite to eat. He wanted to leave her out to see what she would do. He said "how else will she learn". I had no desire too as I am still not very trusting.
We'll we did. We left and were gone for about an hour.
I just got home and she didn't make any potty messes!
She did rip up a piece of paper on the floor...but I am super excited!
I really don't plan on leaving her out much, but it is reassuring to know that if I need to run a quick errand she may be able to handle it.
About 2 minutes after she got home, she rang the bell to go out...so I don't think she peed anywhere and I just haven't found it.
