Hello everyone, I have not been here in a long while and its good to be back. My little 9 pound 4 yr old Gizmo, has had scratching, and has lost a lot of torso hair around the belly area. He gets a cortasone shot for the itching and it helps, but my problem now is he has flacky dry skin, almost like dandruff. I currently use an oatmeal shampoo, he eats royal canine yorky dry food and I have begun to use coconut oil on his skin. Does anyone else know how I can grow his hair back, oe is there anything else I can do about the dry skin. We are about to go frmo Texas to Detroit Michigan for the holidays, and I just hate his hair is missing, however I am excited he is traveling with me, as apposed to hubby (who will not travel with me this year) Baby sitting...(he said he can't stand to see the sad face of gizmo when I am away...lol. Any help you guys could offer would be great.
