A bile acids test is not part of the CBC done before a spay. You have to request it separately. Because Yorkies are 36 times more likely to be born with a liver shunt than all other breeds combined, all Yorkie puppies should get a bile acids test by the time they are 6 months old.
I hope you can find a new vet.
