Well last night and this morning Charlie was FULL of energy. This I haven't seen in him yet!! He still doesn't have his full appetite back yet or drinking water just yet. I offer him food on his own each 2 hours and if he doesn't take it then we have to syringe feed him. The only food I can get him to eat right now is Cesar's puppy soft food and Beneful puppy hard food. I don't think either one is very good for him. The vet said this morning it's okay right now since he is eating it and starting to get an appetite. She said to just keep doing what I'm doing and in time I can change to a better food. So I'm praying that this week he will gain his appetite back and I can get him eating then I can spread out this every two hours. And too once he feels better I hope his potty training will pick up better! Some more sleep would be nice
We take him back Saturday for a checkup and shots. Thank you all again for your kind words of encouragement....it's been nice relating to others that have been thru this!
