Shiloh 2 1/2 yr old male Beagle (I know, not a Yorkie, but this is urgent!) that needs a new home by Saturday, December 18th or the owners are taking him to the pound!! The owners haven't been the greatest to him. They keep him outside and he is not trained because they "never had time." They don't even have a picture of this poor guy
