Do you think they just are not smart enough to realize 'word of mouth' is everything?
Perhaps they don't know that people 'talk'. I just feel bad now, for all the people I've met and recommended they use their product.
(Probably have a lot of people upset with me.)
I also feel like a pretty bad Yorkie Mom, not savvy enough to catch on to the fact that the shampoo was the culprit. Shame on me, I've had Yorkies for over 26 years. My girls are packin'....
