I always call my vet over things like this, and I hope you develop a phone relationship with your vet. My guess is that the vet will tell you things to look for, and tell you NOT to induce vomiting. Vomiting could mean the dog might choke on the house. I've read others say that canned pumpkin, not the pie filling, but the straight pumpkin is good to give when a dog has eaten something like this. Pumpkin has lots of fiber and helps bulk up the poop, and pads the foreign object. I would pick up all poops in a plastic bag and squish it, until I found the house. Sometimes you can't see the object in the poop, and you will feel so much better once you find the house. If there is any vomiting get your dog to the doctor as soon as possible, as this can mean an obstruction where the foreign object is blocking the intestines, this is a very serious condition. Dogs up to two years old will eat almost anything that hits the floor, it's very important to keep objects like this away from them. My guess is that you could wait till tomorrow to call your vet, if there is no signs of distress and no vomiting. If your dogs does not pass it on it's on, your vet may recommend surgery. I think it's about a tablespoon or two of the canned pumpkin.
