I think S&C's are 1 1/2 oz patties....I can feed my pup a S&C's pattie (1 1/2 oz) and 1 1/2 oz. of primal, and they gain weight on the S&C's...My little chorkie, who is verrrrrrrrrrrrrrry active, weighs 4 lbs. and I give her 1 1/2 oz. of primal...My little yorkie, Apple is 5 lbs., and has a different metabolism, and she gets 1 1/2 oz. too...Btw, this is twice a day...Buzz, who is more mellow, weighs about 6 lbs., or maybe a little more (?) and he gets 2 oz. at each meal...I say all that, to say this...I give them a little more than the recommended amounts of Primal, and none of them are fat...In fact, all quite lean'ish...Just experiement w/it...One oz., twice a day, sounds good for a 3 1/2 lb. pup... |
