Okay this is something near and dear to my heart
I live in a pet friendly hi-rise and my pups don't bark too much as far as I am concerned
They bark when someone comes to the door or the phone rings
Even though ... I have had notes put on my door by a crabby neighbor
It angered me in the beginning but I have tried to keep the barking to an absolute minimum by using a water pistol
It gets them out of the barking jag immediately by startling them just a bit
And for me has worked like a charm
