I sort of pulled that 5-10 minutes out of my behind. I think maybe you are right -- 5-10 minutes of "continuous barking" would annoy most anyone at 6:30 am. It is longer than you think at first. I just watched 5 minutes on the clock and it seemed like forever.
So, I think you might have to shave some time off that 5-10 minutes I mentioned earlier. But then again, it sounded good to me at first so the neighbor might not think it that bad.
