I always have fresh water, the bowls are changed at least 4 times a day, and I only use Spring Water (Bottled) for them.

I did however see Willow drinking today, she was drinking out of the bowl I have placed in the bathroom, when she saw me, she stopped, so at least I know now she is drinking.
