I used this to fix mine and I'm so un-techno-savy...I couldn't figure out the last step I would save to my pc and still not find it so then I just right clicked on the preview of the pic and hit save as and then uploaded from there...I'm sure it's easier but I'm like self taught with technology so ye whatever way I can get it to work, however I can get it to work LOL!
