Also, when a dog vomits, you should pull the food and water for about 4-6 hours, and when you reintroduce it, only give small amounts every 15-20 minutes or so. It gives them a better chance of keeping it down. Start with water in small amounts, then after an hour or two and no vomiting, try her with a little bit of food. If she vomits again, remove the food and water again for 4-6 hours.

Chicken and rice (plain white rice) is bland and would be good to feed her. Or you can use Gerber's Stages Stage 2 Chicken Baby food. Meat only, none of the fancier dinners or anything like that, until her issues are resolved.

Your vet may opt to give her an injection to stop the vomiting, dependent on what he discovers when he sees her next.
