Okay I live in a city barking any amount at 6 am even to 7 am is to say the least annoying. And 2-3 minutes of barking is a Long Time. 2 -3 barks is a different matter. Yorkies can have piercing barks at times, which can be very annoying.
So whatever you can do to eliminate that barking will be appreciated by your neighbour.
