Well I'm not sure about the laws there In TX but here in Michigan if your dog bark lot and you have complaining neighbors you could get a misdemeanor ticker...My hubby is a police officer and you can't believe how many people complain about dogs barking in the city...
Ok with that said... A dog is going to bark..HELLO!! It's what they do...lol... But i can understand if you have a dog that is barking for awhile and people are trying to sleep...
If Izzy is barking to much i will tell her "Quiet" .. all my dogs are pretty good about...But then again we live kind of in the country and we have great nieghbors who also have dogs too.
You just dont want your neighbor getting so upset that they call animal control or do something for your sweet baby
