We are back from the vet. Max has another scratch in his cornea. Same protocol as last time: antibiotics and recheck in a week. The doctor said he probably got something in his eye during our windy walks, or when he was running around in the oak leaves in the backyard. Our vet tech today also had a eye injury from a leaf that she got while working in the yard.
Poor Max had to endure another eye stain and exam with a very bright light. He was such a trooper. Everyone in the vet's office is looking forward to seeing him in his Doggles next week when we do the follow up exam. |
