Yes, no registration and very lax in rules. Just the normal stuff - be nice, no obscene stuff or inappropriate advertising, no cussing, etc. lol.
There is only one topic: small dogs in sports. If the forum gets bigger, we can start subdividing it out. At this point, its just one communal "conversation."
