YES, lol although age may play a big factor in my situation. My Izzy is only 13 weeks but I would take her outside at first before the cold set in and I haven't gotten her a coat or boots yet...now it's cold out there and I decided to let her go inside on a pee pad. Works great ...sometimes. I can take her outside though, and she pee pee's then come back in and she pee pee's again...and poo poo's. We could stand out there on other days and she would just want to sniff around, take her time and so I'd give up that she didn't want to go potty and bring her in and find that she does it better on the pee pee pad. NOW, she is doing it on the pad and sometimes beside the pad....I'm being patient and wiping up really good with some special liquid spray I got for the odor so she won't pee on the floor because she smells it anymore. Got it from Petsmart. I have to be patient. She'll get it...one day LOL
