I would get the x-rays done with the blood-work... If that doesn't show anything~~~ Seek out another vet for a second opinion. Have you spoke with the breeder on any of this??? See if any of the other litter mates are having any problems??? Have you had a fecal done on him, to make sure he is clear of worms??? Worms can take down a puppy and make them feel bad. End result seek medical attention for this little one have them rule out all the obvious. I have to wonder about the shipping of a puppy this time of year, due to weather.
