Yes, I agree their (coach) quality standards have went way down... The zipper pull on 2 of my wallets have came/broken off and I am not hard on my bags at all. When I switch out they go back in the dust bag - they never touch the floor when I am using them, etc (yea, I'm a little OCD when it comes to my bags) Hubby said for as much as you pay for them they should last a lifetime. I agree they should. It's crazy the amount of stuff that is made from China - every toy that I pick up on my 4 kids Christmas lists is from you guessed it China... My Kwigy Bo bag has held up great though and I use it almost everyday, maybe I should just buy it in another color!?! I really like the signature C's though. Maybe I'm a label w*ore
