this is going to happen in MO now that HSUS got their way with that puppy mill prevention act. i can bet that lots of dog breeders are going to start the big dump in MO to get their numbers under 50...i really wish/hope they come up with a way to make this easier than the mass euthanasias and rescue dumps that will prob. be enevitable now.
it's too bad that they didn't think this through with more detail before passing this law. there are so many things in the bill that weren't done well.
