If I had gone through all that in such a short span of time, I would be depressed, too. Try the chicken and rice combo -- and try sitting on the floor next to her and hand feeding her little bits at a time.

You might also try laying on the floor and giving her a chance to cuddle up with you without putting any pressure on her. It's going to take her time to learn that she can count on you.

But definitely have her seen by a vet to rule out UTIs or other infections that could be causing the anorexia and wetting.

There are pheremone sprays and wipes that are supposed to be soothing to dogs. I haven't tried them so I can't give an opinion. The other thing my breeder did was send T home with a little blanket that she had slept on so it had a familiar scent. Tallulah did curl up on it a lot the first few days she was with me so I think it was comforting for her.

I hope you can get this little one to adapt soon. If her health is seriously at risk, though, perhaps she could stay with the breeder a little longer to recover from all the trauma of the surgery before she comes to you permanently.
