Poor little angel has been through so much. She may be timid for a long time depending on where she came from.
Just give her everything she needs and give her space. Don't push yourself on her...in time she will figure out that you are there for her.
Sometimes they will not eat for even 3 or 4 days, but usually they will eat after they settle in. Provide a high quality dog food and always have a bowl of water on hand for her. I feed my pups Castor and Pollux Ultramix which can be found at Petsmart....there are many good dog foods available.
