Of the two food choices you've narrowed it down to, I prefer the TOTW. I fed it to my little crew for a long time and they did great on it (and they loved eating it
). The protein amount in the TOTW Pacific Stream formula is very reasonable at only 25%, so that shouldn't be a concern with this food.
