Grrr! That sounds like my new vets down here! The vets I had up in Raleigh for 10 years would always see Lady the same day. In fact, if I got home from work at 5:00 and something wasn't right, they would have me bring her right over.
Down here, the only way to get seen even the next day is to call at exactly 8:00 in the morning. You can't even schedule it the day before. The receptionist told me that they save a few slots each day for emergencies and it's first come, first served when they open that morning.
Have you taken Jackson's temperature?
