I personally would ask my vet to take a sterile sample of urine and have it sent out for a culture and sensitivity and I'd have my vet do an ultrasound if I was suspecting stones or infection. Peeing in the sleep can be due to many things, stones or infection only one possibility. I'd call the vet and speak to them about this today.
