I would agree with you that this doesn't sound like kennel cough. It could be a whole host of things.... Did they do a fecal exam?? That could help rule out parasites, worms, etc... There are several things they can check for on a fecal exam that aren't just the routine stuff. They would need to look at it under a microscope for several of the things (I'm sorry, I canNOT remember exactly what??!!! Grr!!!) That would be a good place to start. Sorry I can't be of more help!
