Default It takes time. Mind you, your first pup was used to

being the only one for a whole year. my suggestion is to take them to neutral grounds, like a park, and let them be. I have 4 dogs...lol... Leila, my lab, being the oldest. She naturally has accepted and cared for all the young ones. However, Guinea my chi/yorkie mix is quite stand-off-ish! When Lola, a shih- tzu, came into the picture, she wanted nothing to do with her. Same when we got Faith, my little yorkie baby :-). However, they eventually all bond. Just know that whatever you do to one you will have to do for the other...lol. Oh and you're first pup might try taking all the treats or eating the food first!
