This has been going on for years . . .it all started when my daughter entered 1st grade . . .there was no more Halloween party it was replaced with Harvest party and no more Christmas parties at school because that was replaced with Winter celebration . . .yet, in order to call someone anywhere in customer service we have to Press 1 for English . . .I have no idea what has happened over the last 16 years but seriously, it'll always be Halloween, Christmas, etc for me so Merry Christmas to all who celebrate Christmas!
