Oh dear...our Pippin had an absessed anal gland over the Thanksgiving weekend!! We made an emergency run to the after hours Animal Hospital and $500 later she had her gland lanced and drained. She did not show any symptoms earlier, otherwise I would have taken her to our regular vet and had the gland expressed...
I would get her into a vet ASAP....you don't want the gland to rupture....very, very painful!!
