I broke Raley of chewing and am in the process of doing the same with my daughter's puppy. Never let your puppy out of your sight....and when the chewing begins use a very firm "NO" and give it something that is appopriate to chew on. You can also buy some bitter blast spray that works pretty well. It is probably a teething problem but can turn into a long term problem if you don't correct it to begin with. The key is staying persistent day in and day out! Good luck!
