I sincerely do hope your puppy is and remains healthy. Unfortunately, the part of Oklahoma your puppy is coming from has numerous puppy mill and horrible back yard breeder situations. It does appear your breeder is a commercial breeder, and often they are the worst kind.
It always disturbs me when I see the "paypal" button on a greeders website.
