Ugh, I'm still waiting on an order 3 years later from a YT seller who seemed to disappear
She made bows and told me I could send her any ribbon I liked and anything I wanted in the middle, and she'd make the bows for me. I paid to ship her a bunch of supplies, and never heard from her again!
I hope you are able to contact the seller and get things sorted out. It is the Christmas season and things could be hectic but I think that two weeks is a bit long to not even be in contact, when you've TRIED contacting them.
