Hi and Welcome to YT...

Maybe try her with some ground up chicken and rice (1:1), and I'd get her to a vet asap. yes, she may be depressed from the surgery... I'd be worried about infection too. Hope she's feeling better soon...

Sometimes they go better on the washable pads... she may have a UTI though....

How much does she weigh?
