I would be mad too.
Poppy hasnt been groomed yet although she really needs it, Im just scared that they will make a mess and I havnt decided on a good groomer yet.
There is one 5 minute walk from my house but we took Jess there and they shaved her butt! it was so sore I refuse to take Poppy there EVER.
Which groomers did you use so I know where not to go LOL?
I also want somewhere were I can stay with her until they groom her and wait ect. Because I couldnt leave her all alone in some cage not knowing how they treat her.
I know Im being really fussy and at this stage I will probably have to learn to do it myself LOL.
Im going to go take a look at Poppy's new pictures now.
