When dh gets home later (he drove the SUV today) I'll measure the other seat but am certain it's got to be a large and what I just ordered I know is the medium (and would be crowded with Ruby and Reno). The large is listed as big enough for a 25lb dog and most likely that would work, but might be a bit crowded for two dogs. |
I have the large Pet Gear Booster. Max and Teddy (8 and 7+ pounds) fit well in it, but I am going to buy a second one for longer trips so that they can sleep comfortably.
My car has all black interiors and the car seat is black and barely visible. When I drive down the street, the dogs look like they are magically suspended in the back seat. I have had people ask me how I keep them back there.
ETA: the car seat made all the difference in teaching Max to enjoy the car.
