For the tea rinse, steep 3 or 4 tea bags let cool & pour into a clean gallon milk jug then fill jug the rest of the way with warm water . Bath the dog as usual & rinse well then pour the rinse over the dog & do not rinse off, just dry as usual. You can do the rinse between baths as needed until symptoms subside. However the rinse alone will not cure the problem as the rash is a symptom of the bigger picture, probably food allergy. Does your baby have fleas ? if so It may be flea allergy .
