I am so sorry. There is nothing worse when someone doesn't listen. I work as a stylist, although its not a dog groomer, I can understand your sitution completly. I have always put my preferences aside when I do others hair because even if I think they need more then 1 inch off, I dont want them to come hunt me down and get mad because I took 2.
