I would strongly recommend against using Lysol on any floor your dogs touch. Dogs lick the floor and your pups are eating their meals off of the floor. Use plain white vinegar and hot water to clean.
How about trying a Kong Wobbler to slow their eating? It is a larger Kong with a Kong-shaped hole on the side.
