My sentiments exactly! I pay as much at the groomers as I do for my own hair cut and I expect the same level of service...hopefully your concerns with the call with be met and it will just be a one time deal of a horrible mistake...if not, no apology or say free grooming service next time in the least to make up for it, etc; here's my motto...if you can't provide the service I pay for I'll go elsewhere
