You have every right to be uspest, very upset. You told her what you wanted and did NOT want and you paid for her to cut it the way that you wanted and she didn't. When she calls back I would try to calmly explain that you specificly told her that you did not want that part of her hair cut and she cut it anyway and if calmly does not work - rip her a new a$$.

Sorry you didn't get the cut you paid for. Hearing stories like yours is the reason why I refuse to take Fancy to the groomers, I love her hair long and I'm afraid someone would be scissor happy...
