Once again you are giving an antibiotic, antinausea medication and antacid without a proper diagnosis.
It's not getting you answers, you are repeating the cycles over and over and over again.
I'd be at an internist with BOTH of them and at the very least having an opinion and perhaps they will recommend an abdominal ultrasound. Maybe they will need prescription diets. Maybe they need other medications. You do not want to destroy the gastric wall or inflame the intestines over and over and over again as this can cause long term damage.
