What kind of ants did she have on her? Were they the black or red ones? If they were those fire ants it doesn't sound like she was bitten or she would be screaming. They really hurt. She probably just felt them crawling on her. Medication isn't necessary unless she was bitten several times. Poor little girl. My Azrael had a bee crawling in her coat and acted the same way, but when I was searching her coat for the problem, "I" was the one who got stung!
