Again, I want to emphasize that a dog can know that poop on the floor is a bad thing, but not actually connect that with the urge to move their bowels. It can take a lot of patience. I feel silly saying this, but in some ways, potty training Thor is one of the hardest things I've ever done.
If she pees in front of you, you need to clap your hands, say "no", and immediately take her outside or to her pad. Say "this is where you POTTY". Then you have to let it go.
If she is having accidents that you aren't immediately catching, then you need to watch her more closely. I had a really hard time accepting just how much time and attention it would take to get Thor potty trained. There were two weeks where I pretty much did nothing but watch him.
Now, you may not have that time. But if you don't, accept that it will take that much longer for her to learn.
Have you tried the umbilical cord method?
Also, are you taking her out every two hours? I would take her out, give her the potty command, and then wait her out.
Also, try to find signs that she is thinking about going. Sniffing around the floor is a big flag.
