check your houseplants and electrical cords to make sure someone didn't nibble something he shouldn't. if no signs of damage then could be he ate something that didn't agree with him or just had a bit of an upset tummy. If he's drinking ok and doing his business then I think you should be okay. Might not hurt to do a bland diet for a couple of days just to give his tummy time to settle.
