where exactly is it? do you mean she has hair on the underside of her paw where the pads are and its tangled? If that's the case then you can use a trimmer to shave them out of there. usually trimmers comes equipped with a 30 blade. or if you have regular clippers you can attach a 10, 15, or 30 blade and use that.
