Have you tried giving her a command when she pees?
Every time I take Poppy outside for potty I say "want pee pee?" at first she would just give me this blank look as if I was stupid.
But I would say it every time I was going to let her out, then when she went outside I would say "go pee pee" and I would keep saying it every 15 seconds or so until she peed or pooped then praise.
I dont know if this is the correct way to teach her a command but it seems to be working.
If she is wandering around sniffing the floor and I say "want pee pee?" she will cry/bark and run to the back door.
If she is running around the garden playing and I say "go pee pee" she will start sniffing for her spot then go pee/poop.
You could try it?
