Fruits/veg can be nice treats.
Go slowly at first, bc sometimes they can cause some gas - which you'd want to avoid if it happens (so, try one type of fruit/veg at a time).
Sometimes, carrots can cause looser stools at first - so go slower there too. Mine love baby carrots. Keep in mind that carrots could be a choking hazard - so make sure they will chew their carrots, not gulp/just swallow.
