I've been looking around too to see what else I could find about this guy. I
think my sister and BIL used him before to crop their Dobs ears twice for their puppies when he worked for Palos Animal Hospital. From what I can tell he was affiliated with them at some point. He was the guy who everyone recommended for ear cropping.

I've stood outside of a pet shop before to protest I would have NO PROBLEM paying this fool a visit. It really makes me sick.
